5 Mantras to happiness😍

Do you have one day for you only?
I am up with box of happiness.
Follow these simple 5 points for a day.Make plan on a sheet what you are going to do to follow these.Keep that paper with you and a pen.Don't forget to tick and have a great day.

1. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
Have you seen a child laughing? Do he laughs thinking his laugh could be Ward. He just laugh aloud. Many of us get smile seeing child laugh. Being adults, why we conserve ourselves to laugh heart out? Laugh like it makes others laugh or horrifies them no matter.

2. BE ERASER.
We all have that at least one number which we neither dials nor we delete it. You know what it hardly takes second to delete a single number. Just for one day don't let a single thought cross your mind about that number just delete it without thinking for a second.

3.TAKE OUT YOUR OLD SHOES.
Hey how many years have been passed you haven't held that brush with whom you used to paint your imagination? Or You haven't heard the euphoric sound of your ukulele? Or You haven't scribbled what you feel inside? C'Mon guys welcome back the spark. Give time to your hobby. Nothing is happier than doing what you love.

4.EAT TRAVEL AND DATE YOURSELF.
For how long you are going to think about calories. Just take out yourself on a solo date. Visit some places click pictures and don't forget to post stories of loving yourself on snap chat. They give cute filters every day. Just try them, they are fun. Order all the favorite dishes of you. Just eat it all, no matter how much full you are now, finish it all.

5. BE PROTON.
Life is going to be electron forever you have to be proton to neutralize the life. Start finding positively everywhere, life would seem easier. Try to figure out positive vibes and don't forget If life gives you 1000 reasons to cry, it surely gives you one reason to smile that's your own positive thoughts.
